When Nest asked for help launching their Hello Video Doorbell, we started with their brand mission: To create a home that takes care of the people inside it and the world around it.

Given that belief, and the cultural context surrounding the treatment of women, we felt it was the right time to make a statement. The fight against harassment is everyone’s responsibility so we told our story through the lens of a father’s efforts to raise a decent son, and through the lens of Nest’s video doorbell.

The film, which launched Nest’s “it starts at home” tagline, debuted during the Oscars, where its message was amplified by Hollywood’s relationship with the #MeToo movement.
